-บริการส่งฟรีแบบมีประกันทั่วประเทศไทย หรือ แมสเซ็นเจอร์ระยะทางไม่เกิน 10 กิโลเมตรจาก บริษัท มิสแกรนด์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน)
นโยบายการแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้า
ขอสงวนสิทธิ์รับซื้อคืนทุกกรณี
-งดรับเปลี่ยน/คืน ยกเว้นกรณีที่ตรวจสอบแล้วเกิดการชำรุดเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากการนำส่งของทางร้านค้า สามารถขอสิทธิ์การแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ โดยจะต้องมีใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการชำระเงิน พร้อมภาพเคลื่อนไหว (VIDEO) ตั้งแต่เปิดพัสดุที่เห็นภาพชัดเจน โดยจะต้องส่งหลักฐานให้ทางร้านค้าภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้า และทางร้านค้าจะทำการเรียกคืนสินค้า โดยจะต้องทำส่งสินค้าในสภาพเดิม ไม่สวมใส่ และมีบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม พร้อมอุปกรณ์หรือกล่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง คืนให้ทางร้านค้า ซึ่งสินค้าที่จะคืนมาจะต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบก่อนอนุมัติการแลกเปลี่ยนใดๆ
-ห้ามแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าส่งเสริมการขายหรือการตลาดทุกกรณี (รวมถึงชุดของขวัญ)
นโยบายการรับประกัน
– ทางแบรนด์มีบริการทำความสะอาดสินค้าให้ลูกค้า 1 ครั้ง หลังการซื้อภายในระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 1 ปี
(โดยลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่ง) โดยจะต้องแสดงใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการชำระเงินก่อนส่งบริการ
– สินค้าบางรุ่นทำจากเงินชุบทองคำขาว อาจมีการเปลี่ยนสี สามารถทำความสะอาดได้ตามคำแนะนำของทางร้าน กรุณาตรวจสอบข้อมูลก่อน
Shipping Policy
– We offer free insured shipping nationwide within Thailand.
– For customers located within a 10-kilometer radius of Miss Grand International Public Company Limited, delivery via messenger service is also available.
Return & Exchange Policy
– We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.
– Exchanges are only accepted in the case of product damage caused during shipping, subject to verification by our team. The following conditions must be met to request an exchange:
A receipt or proof of payment must be provided.
A clear video recording from the moment of unboxing must be submitted as evidence.
All evidence must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, accessories, or boxes intact.
The returned product will be inspected and approved before any exchange can proceed.
– Promotional items, marketing campaign products, and gift sets are strictly non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Warranty Policy
– We offer one-time complimentary cleaning service within 1 year from the date of purchase (shipping costs are to be covered by the customer).
– A receipt or proof of payment is required prior to receiving the service.
– Some products are made from gold-plated sterling silver, which may experience discoloration over time. Cleaning can be performed according to our care instructions.
– Please check product care information thoroughly before use to maintain the beauty of your item.
